Frequently asked questions
1. Are all your products handmade?
Most of them, yes! Our bags, pouches, wallets are handmade by Greek artisans. Also the jewelry are either handmade by us or sourced by other artisans.
Some clothing and accessories are carefully curated to complement our handmade collections.
2. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Greece.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! We offer international shipping with tracking. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
For domestic (Greece) orders, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. International orders typically take 5–12 working days, depending on the destination.
5. Are your jewelry pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes! Our jewelry are made from stainless steel or 925 sterling silver, which are generally safe for sensitive skin.
6. What does available on backorder mean?
While the phrase ‘available on backorder’ might seem a bit concerning, there’s no need to worry if you’ve set your sights on a product with this status!
In practical terms, it means that the product is not currently in stock and cannot be immediately manufactured due to a wait for some materials. This usually involves waiting for printings or receiving other materials, but it doesn’t mean the product won’t be shipped to you soon. The waiting period typically ranges from a few days to a maximum of 1-2 weeks.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank deposits (Greece only). All transactions are secured and encrypted.
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes – you can return or exchange unworn, unused items within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that custom-made items and earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
What about exchanges?
You can exchange an item with something else of your liking, following the returns process step by step. You can contact us and let us know which item you want to receive, provided that all requirements are met, concerning your returned item.
Exchange shipment costs (back and forth) are the customer’s responsibility. The cost difference between the product bought and the new one chosen, will either be refunded, if the new item is less expensive, or charged to the buyer, if the new item is more expensive.
10. Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! For jewelry customization (colors, initials, etc.), feel free to contact us before placing your order.
9. Something came up and I need to cancel my order, can I?
Changed your mind? Well, in that case, cancelling your order will be accepted if a request is placed within 24 hours of checkout. Orders that have entered the shipping process, cannot be cancelled by any means.
If you have chosen payment upon delivery, no harm’s done and if you have paid by Vivawallet, a refund will be processed into the payment source.
10. How do I take care of my handmade items?
Keep your jewelry dry and store it in a pouch. For fabric bags or pouches, spot-clean gently with a damp cloth.
